All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Must have original receipt. Any products being returned must be unopened, unworn, undamaged, and have original ticketing attached. No Cash or Credit Card refunds, returns will be refunded with store credit in the form of exchange or gift card. Products may be purchased at one location and returned to a different location, however DVD rentals must be returned to the same location they were rented from.
DVDs may be exchanged one time for any reason within 7 days of purchase. Must have original receipt. No additional exchanges are permitted. Manufacturers Defects In the case a product is damaged or not working properly out of the box, please return the item to Romantix for a replacement. Romantix will handle the warranty process to make this as easy as possible.
