To use, fill the bulb with water, then securely screw the nozzle onto the bulb. Press and hold the power button located on the nozzle to initiate the vibrating patterns, and press again to cycle through all 10 options. Insert anally and squeeze the bulb until empty. Repeat as desired. For charging, insert the pin charger into the base of the nozzle and connect the USB end to a power source.
